My Cafe v4.3

This version of My Cafe comes with a major update, now you can move and keep playing while the game saves in the background, it's 40% faster and all the names for the statistics have been reviewed.

Fixes

• The game now doesn't stop while saving or exporting data
• The position of the joints is now saving on every user
• The lettuce is no longer over the leap motion's field of view

• Now objects are closer to the hands
